Membership Specialist (FT) 3-5 years experience in recruiting, supervising, motivating and recognizing the work of volunteers; demonstrated leadership potential in goal setting and operating in a results oriented accountability system; oral and written presentation skills a must. Schedule includes some nights and weekends. Bachelors degree preferred. Girl Scout experience a plus!
Program Specialist (FT & PT available) 3-5 years experience in developing and implementing programs for children ages 5-17. Must have strong skills in creating and sustaining collaborations with community partners. Effective written and oral communication skills required. Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines a must. Schedule includes nights and weekends. Previous Girl Scout experience preferred.
Product Sales Manager (FT) 3-5 years experience in organizing large events and coordinating groups of volunteers. Excellent organizational & communication skills and knowledge of Excel and Word required.
Finance Manager (FT) 3-5 years experience in nonprofit accounting, budget development and financial analysis/reporting required. Mastery of Quickbooks required. Knowledge of Sage-MIP software preferred. Basic human resource experience a plus. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Camp Ranger (FT) Live on site with property & service responsibilities for 400 acre camp. Experience in forestry management, horse care/maintenance, carpentry, small engine repair, supervision of others required. Must enjoy working with volunteers and children. Understanding of Girl Scouting a plus.
